problem with unzipping files

ok...whenever i try to unzip a file.... it says there is
an error with the file i downloaded the game again and it
said the same thing...i tried to unzip a different
program....still didnt work....so i downloaded a bunch of
different unzipping file programs and they say the same
things as the windows unzipper thingy said...Please help
me if u can. Thanks

Brian, if you can unzip other files but only that one you cannot, the
answer is simple - the game is being sent to you corrupted already.
It is sitting on their hard drive ruined.
