Problem With text

Some how I'm getting the following inserted on my webpage between text
words:

ÂfÃfÂ,Ã,Â,ÃfÂfÂ

What is causing this and how do I fix it? I tried deleting the characters,
but everytime it seems to return. I never had this problem before, but today
it seemed to appear.

We don't know what tool you use to edit your web pages.
Microsoft Word? You should state this in your post, then
repost in the appropriate newsgroup.
