problem with task scheduller

HI everybody, can somebody advise me on why I couldn't get
my task scheduler to work?
I use the wizard to configure the schedule and double
check on the timing and dates. It keeps asking me for log
on and password. I have only one account on my computer
and it has no password. I wonder by leaving the password
blank is the problem why it is not working. Can somebody
please advise? Ta

You guessed right. XP requires tasks to be scheduled using a passworded
account that is a member of the administrator group.
