Problem with task manager

My task manager disapears after a (very,very,very)short
time. same thing happens with Regedit.
Itried to see if it was a worm or something, but my Anti-V
didn't find anything thing! I can't end task because the
window is gone by the time I get to the it.

It's realy anoying!
Please help me!!

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then: Download then
Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files
mentioned in the above link.
