Problem with Switchboards

Hi If I build a new access database from the templates included with access
it sets it up and I can access the switchoard fine, but when the database is
closed and re-opened it opens up Visual Basic with the following error

Compile Error:

Error in Loading DLL

When the help button is clicked it comes up with "error in loading DLL
(Error 48)" does anyone have any idea how this is caused and what I can do to
rectify the problem ?

Any help much appreciated.
