Problem with "Switch Identities" in OutlookExp

Having recently changed ISPs and adding a new "Identity"
i'm having problems with the Switch Identities function of
Outlook Express, V6.

When i click on FILE>SWITCH IDENTITY, the "Switch
Identities" window opens. The Identities list is
displayed BUT the list of Identities starts to scroll up
and down...endlessly.

PROBLEM: i can't click on an identity to select it; the
list keeps scrolling; there is not sufficient time
to "double click" to select an identity. Alternatively,
there is not sufficient time to select an identity and
then click on OK. the list just keeps scrolling up and
down...scrolling up and down...scrolling up and
down...scrolling up and down...scrolling up and down...

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.

newsgroup, i'll join. until then, this is the only
resource i have found.
