Problem with roxio and Dvd writer

Ok,recently I instaled Roxio 7 and my dvd writer(lg 4020b) stoped
working.Before that I used nero and roxio 6 and it was working fine.Has
anybody have any sugestions why? and how to fix this.Help please.

download DRIVEUP from roxio.
 
Also, did you put the SP2 in after you had your roxio. It really messed my
DVD up, I had to reformat, and download all the updates for my sony, and
roxio and then SP2 grrrrrrrrrr but anyway hope the other person's
suggestion works
 
Thanks but I uninstaled roxio did registry clean instaled nero but still my
dvd is not working.Now I have nero who is seeing drive but drive still not
working
 
No my sp2 was there for some time and comp was running fine until I instaled
this s..t from roxio.Now what???
