Problem with reloading XP

I have replaced the hard drive but still come up with the following errors:

It wants to skip install files as it can't place it on the hard drive.
and the following appears on the BSOD!

Page_Fault_in_nonpaged_area
ntfs.sys- Address FA979D84 base at FA959000, DateStamp 3d6de5c1.

Can anyone please help me with this?
