Problem with receiving emails

Hi

I am only receiving about 1 in 4 of my emails to my key address. This
seemed to coincide with the recent security upgrade from microsoft. What can
I do?
 
In order for Windows Mail to retrieve your messages, they must be
on your provider's mail server. You can see which messages made it
to the server by going to your provider's webmail portal.

I have checked the portal and my mail just sits in the tiscali mail in box -
windows mail is not picking it up. I can't even forward it on to my email
address. Windows mail is picking up mail for my alternate address and I can
forward my mail to there but it is very inconvenient and time consuming.
What can I do next?
 
Something must not be quite right with how you have that Tiscali
account set up in Windows Mail. Review all the settings to make sure
they are correct. Do you get any error messages when checking mail for
that account?

Hi

Settings on all three accounts are identical. Just in case there was a
problem I reset the ones to the main account but the problem is still there.
No I don't get any error messages.
Very frustrating.
Any other thoughts? It is important for this account to work properly as I
am a child protection officer and my main account address has been well
circulated and needs to be reliable for obvious reasons.

The only other suggestion I have is to delete the malfunctioning account,
restart Windows Mail, then recreate that account.
