Problem with query in Access

Hi, I have an Excel worksheet, which brings data over from an Access
Database. This has been working perfectly up until this morning, and I dont
know what has changed to stop it working.

Essentially, it brings data over from a query in an Access database. When I
went to update the data this morning, i got and error message sayng that I
had no read permissions on tblStudents in the database. If I click to
continue, I get a further message, The following datarange failed to
refresh: Query from MIS_system_4.

But when I go to the database i can open all of the tables, and having
looked at the actual table permissions, see that I have all rights ( I
created database in any case). I can refresh the other three columns of
data without any problem.

I though it might be a problem with the data connector, so i created a new
one and when I get the Query Wizard displayed, i can see all the tables and
queries from the database. However on this one query if I click to display
the fields I get nothing (all other queries and fields drop down to allow
field selection)

In Access I then created a new query with a different name - same problem.
I can run the query perfectly from within Access.

Has anyone any ideas what is going on please? Not sure if this an Access or
Excel problem, so please ecuse me, have posted in both

Thanks
S
