I have purchased a Dell computer and tried to get on this morning, Friday, April 23, 2004. when I went to open a new word document it asked me to give the product key, which I did, QTM(T-MTKBQ-WFDVF-MFRVJ-J3FBG. My customer number is 16520149 for Dell computers. I got the product key number off of my certificate of authenticity but when I called Dell they told me the certificate is for Windows XP, not Windows XP Office, and that I needed a different product key. Can you help me? I am on a different person's email as I do not have email in my office, this email is (e-mail address removed)

Janese;
First, NEVER post or give a Product Key in any public place unless toy
are in the habit of passing $100 bill to whoever happens to walks by.
Same for your customer number.

The Product Key for Office is different from Windows.
The Windows Product Key is most likely on a sticker affixed to the
computer.
The Office Product Key is most likely on the package the CDs were
enclosed.

This is really a good free program. It lists the Windows XP and MS Office
product keys.
