I purchased a Palm Tungsten T3 PDA. I'm running Windows
XP Home. The desktop software that I installed comes up
with the Palm logo and locks up. I've spent many hours
with Palm support and done everything they've suggested.
I've deleted all Palm files and registry entries and
reinstalled it, disabled my Norton security software and
my screensaver software and installed XP service pack 1 -
all to no avail. Any suggestions as to how to trouble
shoot or fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
I've given up on the Palm support folks and they keep
blowing me off. Thanks.

Get yourself a newsreader (http://www.newsreaders.com/) and find out how to
connect to your ISP's news server. In the meantime, an easy way to look is
to use Google Groups. Use "advanced groups search" to restrict your looking
to a particular newsgroup.
