Hi,
Hope someone can help with this problem. I'd had some PC problems and had
backed up/restored my Outlook .pst files after reinstalling Office XP.
Now I have an annoying problem.
Outlook shows my Personal Folders folder tree containing all the email that
I normally use.
But there are the following folders in the tree afterwards
Myhotmailaccount1 (not the real name - but you get the drift)
Myhotmailaccount2
Personal Folders
Perspnal Folders
Personal Folders 2
I want to remove all these folders and just keep my original one. When I
click on any of these I am given the message that "The set of folders cannot
be opened." I'm assuming that for some reason despite the contents being
deleted the folder names have remained in Outlook but I now can't access or
delete them. I really would like to remove them. As there isn't a delete
option I don't know what to do.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
