Problem with outlook pst file

Dear All,

My outlook pst file has exceeded the sixe limit of
2gb and it is corrupted noe, i have tried the pst2bg tool
of microsft, but itis truncating the latest mails> i want
to know wther there is any option where i woulod be given
option to truncate old mails not the ewn ones.

Have you tried restoring from backup?
