problem with outlook express

Hi Group,
I cant seem to find the correct group for this. My problem is that when I
click on a link in any email message, my "documents and settings" folder
opens. All links to the web do this same thing. Email links work the way
they should. The same thing even happens in NG's. Any ideas would be
appreciated.

Have you considered posting in microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general?
 
Running IE7 B2P, by any chance?
