Problem with Monitor ?

I have recently had a problem, which is a bit difficult to describe, but
here goes !

While using the computer, suddenly all the icons on the monitor went to the
largest size and
at the same time, when I use the mouse, especially the scroll wheel, the
page scrolls up or down, and
I have to wait until it stops, before I can read the page. This applies when
I am on the internet also

Any advice would be welcome

Installed the latest Video Card driver from the video card manufacturer?
