Problem with logon screen

Hi there
I'm having a bit of trouble with my logon screen.
Instead of the "friendly" welcome screen appearing when I
turn on my computer, the classic logon promt appears,
even though i have checked he "use welcome screen" in the
user accounts section.

Is there anyone out there that can help me please!
