Can you explain what you are trying to do?
I'll try to guess...
You are trying to let user Bob from Computer2 access your system. So you
are giving Computer2\Bob the right to access the computer from the network
by typing Computer2\Bob in the user rights assignment. Unfortunately, you
can't do that. You can only specify local users, or users in a *domain*
that your machine is a member of. Accounts on other machines are not valid.
What you really need to do is create an account on all systems with the same
usernames + passwords, and keep these passwords in sync. That's the only
way to do it in a workgroup. Otherwise you will need to set up a domain.
Maybe I misunderstood what you are trying to accomplish. (Generally,
"Everyone" has the right to access the computer from the network anyway...
you would control access through file and share permissions.)

Hi. Iv been trying to add other computers to my user rights assignment
using the 'Access this computer from the network' function.
Seems that everytime i add a comptuer/user that isnt local, it gives me an
error saying: cant save the local security database.
