Problem With Internet explorer

Hi,

I am Having a problem with Intrernet explorer in Windows XP Professional. When i browse PDF files. the explorer automatically closes. i tried ever possible ways.
1. contacted microsoft FAQ's they sugested to reload the Internet Explorer.
2. Reloaded Acrobat reader.

Please Help me regarding this. My Mail ID is (e-mail address removed)

PDF file doesn't open in Web browser (Acrobat 6.0 or Adobe Reader 6.0 on

Issue
When you try open an Adobe PDF file in a Web browser, a blank screen
appears.
Detail
The PDF file is hosted on a Web Server that uses Netegrity SiteMinder for
security.
