I have a notebook PC. Its operating system was WINDOWSXP
Home Edition and I could connect to the Internet through
NetZero provider. Now I upgrade my OP to WINDOWSXP
Professional. When I tried to connect to the Internet, it
couldn't. The problem message was "Can't start dialing."
Does anybody can help me fix it?

Try going to run, type:inetwiz Then select the appropriate connection
then enter details as needed.

The problem is that when you upgraded the connection setup
was lost. Delete the old connection from the desktop. Open
the connections folder and delete that connection, if there
is one. Then create a new one with the settings your ISP
gave you. If you used their software to do this first,
you'll need it again, as it installs custom software.
