problem with installing programs. PLEASE HELP ASAP!

i was trying to install playonline/tetra master and i get errors like "string PPRODUCT_NAME" was not found in string table" and others ver similar to that. whats wrong with it?
 
You'll need to ask the people that wrote the program. XP is only reporting that it didn't find it.
