Problem with Installing Driver for S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR

I cannot install the "CRITICAL UPDATE" Part: " S3 Graphics, Inc. display software update released on May 26 2003
When I use the "ADD HARDWARE WIZZARD" I get this Error Message
An Error occurred during the Installation. - Access is denied
There was a problem installing this hardware, Video Controller ( VGA Compatible
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28
Anyone who can help me with this issue, will be most appreciated

Do you currently have drivers installed for your graphics card? If so, try
uninstall those and then installing the new ones.
