problem with installing a new scanner

I installed recently a new driver for a 48U ARTEC scanner. the installation was complete yet I cannot operate the scanner. I keep receiving the message that there is a problem with INSTAN~1.exe, because the file TBMHOOK.dll is missing. How can I solve this problem

You checked the manufacturer's WEBsite or HELP files or FAQs for clues?
 
If it worked with prev.driver rollback to the prev.driver
