When one first hits my website, CPAH.biz, the image in the left upper corner
is garbage. If you click the image, or move to another page, then return to
the homepage, the image is correct. When I view the image in Frontpage, or
from Frontpage online, the image is correct.

Any ideas.

Kinda looks like you resized it with FP, and the aspect ratio's whacked out. I'd use the gif from the other pages or use the gif from the other pages after carefully resizing it with an image editor to the size you need for the home page - don't use FP to resize it.

It has happened to me after resizing a picture. Just re-instert it.

.... and put a title to your website! If one bookmarks it, one will remain
with an item entitled "Home" in the favorites, which means nothing.
