My homepage CPAH.biz has an image that appears wrong when one first enters
the website. Once moving between pages, or initially clicking the image on
the homepage, the image appears correct. If I view the page from Frontpage,
it looks correct.

Any ideas

If they appear correct, what is the problem? You say in Frontpage it appears
correct and in the browser it appears correct.

I've just viewed the site and the pics on the home page look OK to me.

compare the barely visible doggie logo on the index page with the same graphic (but named differently) on other page's banners...the index logo gif is scrunched...probably incorrectly resized with FP.

Or the image was resized but wasn't removed and then reinserted in the page.
If you insert an image in a page, then resize the image outside of FrontPage without removing and
reinserting the image will be displayed at the old height and width settings, regardless if the
browser has to stretch it or compress it.

iow, if you insert a 200 by 200 image in a page, then resize it to 100 by 100 in an editor, it will
still display at 200 by 200 in the page until you remove and reinsert which updates the height and
width in the page.

YEP...that too...but that was too much typing to explain at this hour of the day.
