Problem With IE and MPEGS

Ok here you go, when I go to download 536K mpeg, to open it in the browser,
I get nothing. I get the name of the file, but not the whoel thing. Its 0
Bytes, but says its complete. What could be the problem?

Also I have Windows XP, with a Cable Connection, anything else you need to
know let me know. This problem is making me go crazy. I have also tried
netscape and it does the sanem thing.

Right Click on the link and choose "Save Target As.." You only need to post
once.

your not understanding, when I do that, I get nothing. Absolutely nothing.
It doenloads and then its 0 bytes. What im saying is if i click it, its
still trying to connect, but no one else has this problem
