I recently downloaded IE 6 sp1 from the microsoft site. It
ran well after installing. However a problem has
developed. I was trying to save some memory by doing away
with some programs on my computer and deleted my netscape
browser. When I rebooted the problem developed with IE.
When using my scroll wheel on my mouse the page moves
slowly -- kind of like sticking. In addition when I try to
sign in to secure web sites -- like hotmail - I have
trouble typing in my user name and password. I type and a
second or two later the letters appear. I've tried re-
installing the software but the problem persists.
Incidently I reinstalled Netscape and don't have the same
problem with that browser.
