Problem with horizontal ruler set up.

The horizontal ruler in Word 2003 is divided into increments of four. I have
not been able to set the ruler in inches. Where do I go? What do I do?

Version of Word? What do you see as the measurement units in
Tools/Options/General? Can you change that?
