Ok, maybe someone can help....

Whenever I try to open a document using nearly *any* graphics editing
program, if the dropdown list of drives opens at all, there will be no drive
letters...and usually the program bombs. Most programs will initially open
to the default path, but if you try to browse/change folders...forget it.
If I try to open a file from the default path, it also bombs.

This has happened with ACDSee Canvas 9, Ulead Photoimpact, Adobe Photoshop
LE,
and Corel Painter classic....but not with MS Paint...I haven't had this
problem with any other types of programs.

Anyone??

Thanks,

~Bob

Go to the manufacturer's web site and look around for an updated video (graphics)
driver.

Here's something you could try:

Right click on a .jpg file and choose Properties.
Click the Photoshop Image tab and uncheck the
"Generate Thumbnails" button, then click OK.
