Problem with Encrypted Email

Hi, When I receive an encrypted email, I open up to view it, a copy of the
email is placed in the deleted folder. Also, when I close out the email in
my inbox and open it up again to view it the entire message in the body of
the email is gone. The attachments and headers are still there but the body
of the message is gone with all the content. I have to go into my deleted
folder to get the copy of the email to view it again. I upgraded from 2003
to 2007 to see if this would fix it but it wont.

I ran outlook in safe mode and everything works normal but when I run it in
regular mode I have these issues. Any help in fixing this is much
appreciated. Thanks.

You have an interfering add-in, like an antivirus scanner that integrates
with Outlook. To start, uninstall your AV program and reinstall it without
the mail scanning feature to see if that affects the behavior.
