I use Outlook 2000 on Windows XP and I am trying to create an emai
template to send information to customers. I want the template to b
a shortcut on the desktop so I can just insert the email and send it.
I do not have Word set as my email editor so I can use the template.
I create the email in html format and if I only type text th
template works perfectly, however, I want to have a table in th
email and once I save it the template with table in it the entir
email changes to plain text thus I no longer have a formatted table.
Also, I have my email set to be in html format.

Help is greatly appreciated

Try this: Using WordMail as your email editor, create the message with the
table in it. Save (not Save As) and close it. Turn WordMail off. Open the
message from the Drafts folder and save it as an .oft template file.
