problem with default email setting

I keep getting this message everytime I turn my computer on,

it's strange because it takes about 5 minutes to pop up. I have gone in and
set Outlook Express as my default several times but it never seems to stay
that way. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this

Have you tried uninstalling Outlook

Best posted in an Outlook Express newsgroup - that's where
the OE experts dwell.
