Both of my CDROM's stopped working after I installed the
latest windows update. The device manager says the
following:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its
configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete
or damaged. (Code 19)
I tried to uninstall/reinstall the drivers, but I get the
same problem. Does anyone know how to fix this type of
problem? I have already established that the CDROM's do
work correctly (I have another OS partition).
Thanks,
Jamie
