Hello: When I turn my computer on a few screens stacked
over the top of each other come up with lists of numbers
and the heading is Diagnostic Traces and DRVM CDB. I have
now received a blue screen with the message that something
described as "SSDIAGN.sys has dumped my memory and I have
to restart my computer. I was in the process of using
SECOND COPY to back up my hard drive.
Am not sure why the stacked screens come up each time at
start up and they will go away if I hit the x in the top
right hand corner of the screen. Then all seems alright.
But obviously it is not as it has interrupted my back up.
I am trying to keep the Diagnostic Traces and DRVM CDB from
opening atstart up.
Thank you in advance for any help.
