problem while websurfing

While websurfing, a window pop up with msg "...shutdown
initiated by NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM. ...RPC terminated
unexpectedly."

Would appreciate some help.

Sounds like you have the Blasterworm infecting your pc, see microsoft website for downloads to eradicate.
