problem when starting windows

I have a problem whenever I start windows.

A message always appears called :"nstask32.exe
Windows cannot find 'nstask32.exe'.Make sure you typed
the name correctly, and then tr again.To search for a
file, click the Start button and then click Search."

I have a problem whenever I start windows.
A message always appears called :"nstask32.exe
Windows cannot find 'nstask32.exe'.

This is due to an incomplete virus removal
(http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/nstask32/).
Run REGEDIT.EXE and scan the Registry for NSTASK32.EXE to remove the
startup settings for this task.
