Problem using Outlook XP 2002 with email accounts

I use Outlook for email accounts with Yahoo and Juno. I
dial up and send emails with Juno. The send/recieve
process works with Juno but Outlook repeatedly tries to
send over Yahoo, which Juno does not allow. As a
consequence, the send/receive process apparently gets
blocked and I have to log out and then in to Outlook to
send emails I attempt to send. I have adjusted the Email
account settings different ways but can find no way to
fix this. I have used Outlook for several years with
different email accounts, initially with not problems but
more recently with increasing problems.

Is this likely to be an Outlook problem or a Juno problem?

If I switched to SBC DSL, would this problem go away?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

You cannot send Yahoo through Juno without authenticating - see the Yahoo!
mail help for assistance with this.

I had that set correctly. I believe I have solved the
problem by forwarding my email to my Juno account rather
than setting Yahoo up as an email account in Outlook. We
shall see.
