Problem Upgrading XP Home to XP Pro

Hi expert
I have installed XP Home edition, and I need upgrade to XP Pro, becose I need to use IIS
When trying upgrading, tells me the following Error

SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILE
0x0000006F (0xC000012F,0x00000000...

Please Help me

Ok, I have CD XP pro, I trying install with the option upgrade, after that, when the PC restart appears the error

I have a defective XP Home OEM CD that does the STOP error mentioned.
had no trouble using an XP CD that I used before. I also got th
identical error in a different machine using the suspect CD. I jus
got an RMA for it.
