problem to get e-mail

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'POP3', Server: '192.168.1.233',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133

How to solve it?
 
Hard to say without any configuration details.
It seems the POP3 server is set to an internal address so unless you are
using an internal mail server, that is where your problem would be.

If you have a virus scanner installed that acts as a mail proxy, you might
want to uninstall these components of your virus scanner.

You actually operate your own mail server at 192.168.1.233? Or might
that be a local proxy used by perhaps your anti-virus program?

The latter is what I suspect.
