Problem Starting a Program

Up until recently I have been able to run Sisoftware Sandra Pro 2007 without
any problems. Now latley it will not start up at all. I have reinstalled a
few times and still the same problem. I have even tried uninstalling other
recently installed software but I still cant get it to start.
Has anybody had or heard of this before?
I know this is probably the wrong Newsgroup for a Software question but I'm
at my wits end. I have searched everywhere and found nothing to help.
Can anybody please help or even link me to a forum that maybe can?

Anything in your event log?
Tried as a different user?
Anything on their support web pages?
 
No nothing in Event Log. Only a few unhelpful FAQs on the Support pages and
it will not run for any user.
