Problem sharing DUN connection with USERs

With XP pro and SP2 running my USER accounts cannot
access a DUN connection that works fine from the an
ADMIN account. The USERs can dialup and connect
OK but pages never load in their browser. This system
also has JUNO installed and runnig OK in the ADMIN
account also. I have tried a number of things without
success. There does not seem to be any specific for this
on the Knowledge Base pages either. Has anyone else
worked through this or a similar DUN problem?

I just found and installed something to fix the problem:
http://www.spychecker.com/download/download_winsockxpfix.html
Its registry backup function didn't appear to work very well but the
registry fixer did.
