problem sending mail to any address - get 451 temporary local erro

Hi can someone help please. I have outlook 2002 have changed nothng and been
running it for a while. Suddenly I cant send messages from any email account
through outlook and get th eerroe message above. I can receive mail fine. Not
sure what to do, can somebody help?

The error message above is incomplete because the subject was truncated.
Whenever you post, always include all relevent information in the BODY of
the message.

A 451 error is a server-side error. I don't think it's a problem with your
Outlook client.
