Problem reporting issues using "Tools - Report Suspected Spyware"

I get an error message when I use 'Tools - Report
Suspected Spyware'. Is there another way I can send
reports?
 
I get, "An error occurred submitting the scan results.
Please check you Internet proxy settings and try again."
I checked my proxy settings and they are what I have
always had with Road Runner cable broadband. I am not
having trouble with my internet connection (other than
the spyware/adware) and my e-mail works fine. Any
suggestions.
