Problem Opening Excel Files

Dear Khiat
I have seen this occassionally at work, and am fairly
certain it relates to network traffic. Perhaps it is
worthwhile having a chat with your network administrator.

to open Excel to C: or network drive, uncheck ignore
application under tool menu in Excel and un-register/re-
register Excel, but none of the steps fix the problem.
