problem on loading dll

hi
i install a component for delphi but when i want t run delphi, i receive
error
" can not load xxxx.dll " , why ? this way and component answer on another
pc .
my win : xp sp2

Since this message is created by "delphi" and "xxxx.dll" is not a
Windows file, this is not a Windows issue. Contact the tech support
of that delphi component.
