Problem of the search function of IE

Dear all,
When I open the Hisoty window of the IE, i try to use the Search
function of the history window to find out the
web page that I have browsed few days ago. e.g. I type in "hong kong" to
find out the page that contains thw word "hon g kong". Unfortunately, many
times, I can't find out hte web page . But I can loacate that web page by
browsing the page one by one, it is in my computer.
Any suggestion to make the search funciton more accurate?

The search in I.E. is not user friendly.
At best it works for one word. In your case if you have a
space in your search string I would try
"hong?kong" no quotes.

The ? was used for any characters in the days of DOS.
