I have just replaced my HDD and completed a new clean install on WinXP
on it. The many updates for XP included a new version of Windows
Installer. After all that was done I tried to reinstall the Office 2000
Suite from my Premium SR-1 CDs, only to discover that the load won't
autostart. I'm guessing that this may be something to do with using
older applications in a current OS. The CD contains setup files for
the individual components but not (identifiably) for Office as a whole.
Could someone please tell me what run command I should use, or what
file on the CD I should click, to launch installation of Office? TIA
