I am using Windows 2000 Professional and am unable to load
an application from a CD. The message I get
is "AUTORUN.EXE - ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND", followed by "The
procedure entry point SetWindowLongAd could not be located
in the dynamic link library USER32.dll."

Does anyone know of a fix for this problem?

You may have a scratch on the CD.
Try Start > Run... > (change to the CD drive letter) "type" setup.exe <enter>

Se if that does it for yas.
