Problem keyboard shortcuts in Outlook - how to turn them off?

How can I turn off or get rid of the keyboard shortcut for sending an email
in Outlook (alt+s)? I have hit this a number of times by mistake while
typing an email message, and have sent emails I was not finished with yet...

1) get in the habit of entering nonsense in the cc line - something like
asdfg will work, as long as you don't have a contact with that name

2) create a rule that holds all mail for 1 or 2 min before sending so you'll
have time to recover mail accidentally sent.
