Hello:
I bought a new computer. My hard disk is a serial ata of 80G, Pentium
VI 2.6. I am installing a windows 2000 professional. I formatted one
partition of 80G in NTFS. It began OK, but when Windows asked to
reboot my machine for the first time to continue with the
installation, it appeared a blue screen with a message error which
said something about the boot record of the hard disk.
Does anybody knows what it means?
Thanks you
Maria Amelia

Did you press F6 when indicated and load your SATA drivers from the manufacturer supplied diskette?
